The Tiny Tiger program was developed specifically for toddlers / preschool age children ages 3 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline.

Adults will find that he or she will have more energy, a great way to release tension/stress and lose weight through a Cross Training approach. This is an amazing tool to assist with your confidence, discipline and focus through our Bridgeton, MO. ATA Martial Arts training sessions! The greatest bonus of all is that you achieve all these wonderful adventures while having FUN!!
Learn traditional Taekwondo forms, One step sparring, Tournament style sparring, Self Defense, Board Breaking and Basic weapons (we use weapons as a training tool only, to help develop hand eye coordination, timing and speed). Advanced class students can come two times a week to Advanced or to the mixed Basic/Advanced class.
Our martial arts program offers an oppportunity for students with challenges to be able to participate in a mainstreamed program. Here at ATA Martial Arts we strive to be able to allow each student to develop to his or her fullest potential. We believe in focusing on the strengths of our students and optimize the training in order for the student to be successful. Our programs here at ATA Martial Arts do not discriminate against students no matter what his or her diagnosised disability.
